DIY Solar Mason Jar Lights

Do you have a set of outdoor solar lights hat you don't plan to use? A perfect way to repurpose them is to make your own solar mason jar lights. These lights can be used on a deck, a patio, and even as a nightlight inside your home.

The process to make solar mason jar lights is not hard to do, but you will need to use a power drill. One thing to keep in mind is the cap of the solar light is all you need to use for this project. A hole will need to be drilled into the lid of the mason jar by using a 5/16-inch drill bit.
You can glue the cap of your solar light to a mason jar lid when you make solar mason jar lights. This is an awesome way to make a light that will be really easy to customize. Simply add a color to the glass. Instructions to make solar mason jar lights at home are on prettypurpledoor.com here...
