Do you know that some of the items in your kitchen can be used for a lot of fun science projects? A lot of kids can have a lot of fun and also learn at the same time when doing various outdoor activities. A fun way for kids to learn about science is to make a DIY soda rocket.

Making a DIY soda rocket is actually pretty easy to do? The key is to have kids build the actual rocket that will blast off when the fuel is added. Mixing the fuel for the rockets is completely safe as it is only baking soda and vinegar.

A DIY soda rocket will blast off from the pressure of expanding gas. All you need to do is make sure a suitable rocket is being used. The best solution is to use a small plastic bottle that can be modified to appear as a custom rocket engine. Instructions to make a DIY soda rocket can be found on here...
